Aruba S.p.a. (hereinafter "Aruba") protects the confidentiality of personal data and guarantees its necessary protection against any event that may put it at risk of violation.
As set forth in EU Regulation 2016/679 and in the regulations in force regarding the processing of personal data, the user (“Data Subject”) is provided with information on cookies.
Who we are
Through its temporary legal representative, Aruba S.p.A., with registered office in Ponte San Pietro (BG) at Via San Clemente no. 53, acts as the Data Controller and may be contacted at the address, [email protected].

What data we process
Browsing data
During their normal operation and for the sole duration of the connection, the computer systems used to operate this website collect some personal data, the transmission of which is an inherent part of using internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes: the IP addresses or computer names used by the users who connect to this website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the requests, the method used to submit the requests to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.), the characteristics of the browser used for browsing, the size of the window in which the browser is run in the device used, and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. Who we communicate the Data Subject's data to
The Data Subject’s personal data is primarily communicated to third parties and/or recipients whose activity is necessary for carrying out operations involved in the processing of data and for meeting certain legal requirements, such as:
- Companies belonging to the Aruba S.p.A. Group.
- Third-party suppliers and external professionals/consultants and consulting firms;
- Judicial Authorities, Supervisory and Regulatory Authorities;
- Formally mandated parties or those with recognised legal rights.
Persons belonging to these categories operate independently as separate data controllers or as data processors appointed by the Data Controller.
The Data Controller's personnel that are specially authorised for processing, including interns, temporary workers and consultants, may also have knowledge of the data, in relation to the performance of their assigned tasks.
In no case will personal data be disclosed and it will not, therefore, be accessible by undefined parties, in any form, for example by being made available or subject to consultation.
How we process the Data Subject's data
The data will be processed using manual, electronic and remote means and in accordance with the requirements set by the relevant legislation, which seeks to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Data, and to avoid material or moral damages.
Where we process the Data Subject's data
The Data Subject's data is stored in archives located in European Union countries. Where necessary for the pursuit of the stated purposes, the Data Subject's Data may be transferred abroad, to countries/organisations outside the European Union guaranteeing a level of personal data protection deemed adequate by the European Commission by its own decision or, otherwise, on the basis of other appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission or the Data Subject's consent. The Data Subject is entitled to obtain a copy of any Data transferred abroad, as well as the list of countries/organisations to which the data has been transferred by writing to [email protected].
What are the Data Subject's rights?
The Data Subject can contact [email protected] to exercise his/her right to obtain, in the cases set forth in the Regulation, access to the data concerning him/her, erasure of the data, rectification of incorrect data, supplementation of incomplete data, restriction of processing, portability of own data as well as objection to processing.
The Data Subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Italian supervisory authority (Italian Personal Data Protection Authority) or with that performing its duties and exercising its powers in the Member State where the infringement occurred, as set forth in art. 77 of the Regulation, as well as to file appropriate legal proceedings pursuant to arts. 78 and 79 of the Regulation.
